Poetic Aesthetics in Women's Urdu Poetry

Abstract

In the words of poets, a world of poetic aesthetics seems to be
inhabited, which opens the door to a new world of meaning and style
of feeling for the readers. When the aesthetic sense is in harmony
with femininity, it becomes an indicator of poetic aesthetics. Poets
like Zehra Nigar, Parveen Shakir, Nushi Gilani, Rehana, Fehmida
Riaz, Tanveer Anjum, Humaira Rehman, Rabia, Naheed Akhtar,
Sarwat Sultana, Samina Raja and Azra Jahan have excellent
expressions of poetic aesthetics. The collective unconsciousness of
Pakistani poets, the distinctive feminine accent and style of
expression is a reflection of the authenticity of their high imagination
and passion.
